When will I receive my order?
Your purchase will typically arrive 2 to 5 days after your order is placed. The final delivery time depends on USPS.

How fast will you process my order?
Orders placed before 12:00PM CST Monday through Friday are shipped on the same day. On weekends and holidays, we ship the following business day.

Do you offer in-store pick up?
Yes! If you call us when you get here, we'll even run it out for you!

Returns

What if some of my items don't fit?
We understand that some items won't fit as expected. We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with Gia Rose tags attached.

How will my returns be refunded?
Returned merchandise will be refunded in the form of a Gia Rose gift card.

Can I return anything I purchase?
We'll work with you to resolve specific issues, but some items can not be returned due to their nature.
