DUE TO DAILY INVENTORY CHANGES, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until we have received your return and issued you store credit. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
Our return policy is for store credit only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, free of any type of hair and in the same condition that you received it with tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and completed RETURN FORM.
We can only refund your purchase back to original payment if items are defective or damaged. We will offer a refund if the product is damaged or we make a mistake regarding your order, all other returns will be issued as a store credit.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
