Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you were sent damaged/defectiveitems, incorrect items or are missing items from your order, contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days so we can get that sorted out for you! Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
Returned merchandise will be returned for your choice of cash back or a Gift Card that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.
Hassle Free Returns: All returns must be sent back to our storefront within 30 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with Gia Rose tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
