We spent 2020 perfecting our drink and side dish recipes and now is the perfect time to put them to use. Wind & Willow dips make a delicious and easy dish to bring or make for any gathering! Here are some fun recipes for you to try and you can purchase almost all the Dips right at Gia Rose!
Side Dishes
Wind & Willow Dip Mixes are your ticket to bold summer flavors without having to heat up your whole kitchen! Combine your favoriteDip Mix likeCheesy Bacon with mayoand sour cream (or sub Greek yogurt for a lighter version). Serve with chips, veggies,and fruit for a quick snack that feeds a crowd.
Cheesy Bacon Potato Salad

Ingredients:
1 Pkg Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
8 Cups Potatoes (Cooked & Diced)
Directions:
Combine Cheesy Bacon Mix with mayo and sour cream as directed on package.
Stir in potatoes coating them evenly. Serve!
Tip: Top with cooked and crumbled bacon and your favorite cheese for extra flavor!
Poolside Dip

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Red bell pepper (diced)
1 jalapeno (diced)
1 small can chopped black olives
15 oz. can corn (drained)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix together until fully incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite chips or put on small buns to make sliders!

Pinwheel Roll Ups w/ Cream Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 pkg. Tortillas
Directions
Combine Cheeseball Mix and topping packet with cream cheese until well combined.
Spread mixture on each tortilla making sure to cover the entire area.
Roll up the tortilla and cut into wheels. You can also add fresh veggies like carrots and cucumbers before rolling.
Enjoy!
Bruschetta

Is anything as refreshing as a bruschetta appetizer? This isn’t just for Summer kickbacks, but makes a nice snack during Happy Hour with your pals!
Ingredients
3 cups Diced tomatoes (drained)
4 Tbs. Olive oil
1 loaf french bread
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Slice French bread into thin slices; drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and grill or toast in oven just until they begin to brown. Combine Bruschetta Cheeseball Mix & topping, tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Spoon tomato mixture onto bread. Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with contents of Bruschetta Topping packet.
Option: Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach or 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts.
Makes 12-14 servings.

Key Lime Pops
A Summer must have for the entire family!

Ingredients
1 Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz. Plain Yogurt
½ Cup Water
6 Popsicle Molds
6 Popsicle Sticks
Directions
In a saucepan combine Cheeseball Mix with water, stir over medium heat until well dissolved. Let mixture cool then stir in yogurt. Pour yogurt mixture into the molds adding a popsicle stick to each one. Place in freezer until frozen. Sprinkle with the graham crunch topping and enjoy!
Soft Peach & Amaretto Ice Cream
Ideal for a shower or night time treat!

Ingredients
1 White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
16 oz. frozen peach slices
12 oz. Fat Free evaporated milk (chilled to almost frozen)
Directions
In a food processor with metal blade, combine White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball Mix and frozen peach slices; churn 1 1/2 minutes. Scrape down sides. With processor running, slowly pour in cold evaporated milk. Churn until well blended, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Spoon into dessert goblets and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings

Homemade Oven Pizza

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Refrigerated pizza dough
1 tomato (sliced)
6 oz. Feta Cheese
½ red onion (sliced)
1 oz. fresh basil
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Brush oil on bottom and sides of 15x10 inch sheet pan.
Unroll pizza crust dough in pan; press dough to edges of pan.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine Cheeseball Mix (Topping packet used later) with cream cheese until well combined.
Layer toppings in the order listed over partially baked crust.
Sprinkle with Topping packet and return to oven and bake 7 to 11 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Serve warm!
Tip: Use a biscuit cutter to make individual mini crusts and top them all differently. Everyone can have their own pizza or serve them as appetizers!
Summer Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Cheesy Bacon Dip
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayo
4 cups Chicken breast (cooked & chopped)
¼ cup Bacon (cooked & chopped)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine Dip Mix, sour cream and mayo. Stir chicken, bacon, and cheese into the sour cream mixture. Spoon onto small buns and secure with a decorative pick. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on Hawaiian Rolls.
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
1 BLT Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
1 lb. raw jalapenos
8 oz cream cheese
1 ½ lb. Bacon
Directions
Cut Jalapenos in half, coring and removing the rips and seeds.
Combine Cheeseball Mix, Topping packet and cream cheese; combine until smooth.
Stuff each jalapeno half with cheese mixture (approximately one tablespoonful), then cover with the other jalapeno half.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and bacon is crisp and brown. Alternatively, cook on an outdoor grill or over a campfire.
Tip: For more mild peppers boil raw jalapenos in hot water (prior to cutting) for a couple minutes to remove some of the heat from the peppers then prepare as directed in recipe.
